General Terms and Conditions of Sale: LinkMX GIFT CARD .

1- After ordering, you will receive the printable digital gift card within 48 hours

2- The gift card is valid on the entire website www.linkmx.fr (including promotions)

3- Your gift card does not have an expiry date, however for security reasons the associated code is valid for 1 year
from the date of receipt of the digital card. After 1 year, upon presentation of proof of purchase (invoice), our team will provide you with a new code for the same amount.

4- If you use a discount code in the shopping cart, the amount on the card will be the amount paid
(example: if you pay for a €100 gift card with a 10% discount, you will receive a €90 card)

5- As stipulated by European law, you have a period of 14 days to change your mind about your purchase.
Within this timeframe, we can issue a full refund free of charge. After this period, your card remains valid indefinitely (as stated in paragraph 3).
